Source reports

Supporting reports the monthly report draws on (uptime / availability, TPRM, threat). Uploaded to Cloudflare and tagged to the cycle(s) they apply to. JSON and CSV are parsed for candidate metrics on upload. Click Evaluate to have Claude summarize a PDF, Word, or text report and pull out its key figures (needs an API key, see Admin below).

Import a cycle

Register a report that was produced or edited outside this app, for a specific month. Attach the finished .pptx and/or .docx, and optionally the report data (.json). Importing files for a month that already exists overwrites those files but keeps the rest, so re-introducing an edited report keeps everything else intact. Include the data .json to feed quarterly trends.

Headline figures across every cycle that has structured data (generated, or imported with its data .json). Files-only imports don't appear here.

Stored cycles

Persisted in Cloudflare. Load a cycle to revise it, re-download from any machine, or import an external one above.

Admin · Claude API

The API key powers AI evaluation of uploaded source reports (PDF, Word, text): a short summary plus extracted metrics. Evaluating a document sends its contents to Anthropic's API. The key is stored in Cloudflare KV, write-only: it is never shown in full or sent back to this page.
